Return & Exchange Policy

Online orders may be returned or exchanged.  The unused items must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days upon original order date.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No exchange and return on:

- Damaged or defective merchandises because of customers’ mishandling and improper use.

- Used, washed, custom made, modified & altered products

- Any stuffed / upholstered product without original law label attached

- Shipping costs.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 30 days with detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damaged/defective items.

 

Warranty Policy

Seatcom products carry a one year warranty valid from the date of delivery.  The warranty applies to manufacturing defects only.  Products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately are not covered by this warranty.  This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as cuts, scratches, damages caused by customers.

Valid part and hardware claims must be made prior to assembly and along with a photo clearly identities the issue.  Damages including cuts or scratches resulting from assembly errors or mishandling of parts are not covered by this warranty.
